​Dr. Diamond Newsome founded Intentional Elevation to help leaders and organizations create workplaces where people feel valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.​

With a background in leadership development, higher education, employee experience, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging strategy, her work is rooted in the belief that strong leadership and healthy culture go hand in hand.
Through both her professional experience and doctoral research, Dr. Newsome has seen firsthand how workplace culture shapes engagement, retention, belonging, and the overall employee experience.​
